I just recieved these beautiful Copper Cookie Cutters as an early Christmas present from my good friend Georgia. These cookie cutters are HUGE! Especially the snowflake which is 6" across! These are gonna make some great Christmas cookies! I spent most of the weekend making and freezing different doughs to use with these new cutters. I like to make my dough in advance because its easier and the dough also gets really chilled which means less spreading in the oven. So far i've made a Spicy Gingerbread Cookie Dough, two batches of Sugar Cookie Dough and some more of the Giant Ginger Cookies Dough. All of these freeze great and will be ready to roll out and use in a few weeks. Now i have to figure out which color icings to use!
